Job Description:
Snapdeal is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide product information. 5. Assist with training new contact center employees and provide ongoing support and guidance. 6. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and patterns for process improvement. 7. Manage time effectively to meet performance metrics and service level agreements. 8. Act as a brand ambassador for Snapdeal by promoting positive customer experiences. 9. Proactively seek out ways to improve the customer service process and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred. 2. Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette. 3. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center environment. 4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 5. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 7. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. 9. Dedicated work ethic and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
