Job Description:
InMobi is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Contact Center Associate to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels. This position requires a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in customer service, who is driven, confident, and possesses strong problem-solving and people management skills.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat interactions with customers - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and inquiries - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet and exceed performance targets set by the company - Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes to improve customer service
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or contact center environment - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy - Proficient in using CRM software and other communication tools - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Must be driven, confident, and able to work well under pressure - Experience in people management is a plus
