Job Description:
Tata Motors is seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team on a full-time basis, working from home in Delhi, India. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is ideal for individuals who are motivated, dedicated, and possess strong cooperation and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and inquiries. 3. Resolve customer complaints, issues, and escalations with a focus on understanding and empathy. 4. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system. 5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and response times.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 7. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. 8. Must have a home office setup with a reliable internet connection.
