Job Description:
CarDekho is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Contact Center Manager to join our team in Delhi, India. As the Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead, coach, and mentor a team of customer service representatives to achieve performance goals and targets. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize contact center operations. 4. Provide regular feedback and performance reviews to team members. 5. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a contact center or customer service management role. 2. Proven track record of leadership and innovation in a fast-paced environment. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. 6. Dedicated and committed to achieving results. 7. Visa sponsorship and knowledge of Hindi is a plus.
