Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Faasos is looking for a Contact Center Manager to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. This is a full-time, work-from-home position at a Mid-to-Senior Level with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the contact center team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service experience and increase customer satisfaction - Monitor and analyze contact center metrics to ensure efficiency and productivity goals are met - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve contact center operations - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements


Requirements: - Confident and dedicated individual with excellent communication and leadership skills - Demonstrated ability in project management and cooperation with multiple stakeholders - Proven track record of driving results and exceeding performance targets - Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
