As a Contact Center Officer at BYJU'S in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers who may have inquiries, issues, or need assistance with our products or services.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and promotions - Assist customers with problem resolution and escalate issues as needed to the appropriate department - Maintain customer records and update information in the company database - Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage product usage - Collaborate with other team members to optimize processes and enhance the customer experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistency in service delivery - Keep abreast of product updates, industry trends, and customer feedback
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Adaptable to changing work environments and customer needs - Resourceful in finding solutions to customer inquiries and issues - Strong research skills to quickly find relevant information - Creativity in problem-solving and handling unique customer situations
