Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

Housejoy is seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with a passion for customer service who are eager to learn and grow within our organization.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and escalating issues as needed. 3. Utilize emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customer needs and concerns. 4. Analyze customer interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Independently manage time and prioritize tasks to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. 6. Collaborate with other team members to deliver a seamless customer experience. 7. Follow company policies and procedures to uphold customer satisfaction and service standards.

Requirements: 1. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 2. Ability to work independently and be resourceful in finding solutions to customer problems. 3. Demonstrated emotional intelligence and ability to connect with customers on a personal level. 4. Analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions. 5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 6. No prior experience required - we will provide training for the right candidate.
