Contact Center Representative - Work from home

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Contact Center Representative at Unacademy, a leading online learning platform. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN.

As a Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our students and instructors. Your main duties will include answering incoming calls, responding to emails, and resolving any issues or concerns that our users may have. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all interactions and ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.

This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is required. However, we are looking for individuals who are hardworking, dedicated, and have strong people management skills. Adaptability is also key as our platform is constantly evolving and improving.
