Job Description - Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


Apple India is seeking a dedicated and independent Customer Care Manager to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by managing a team of customer care representatives and overseeing the organization's customer service operations.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance overall customer experience. 2. Manage a team of customer care representatives, providing coaching and guidance as needed. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. 6. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to drive loyalty and retention. 7. Track and report key performance metrics related to customer care operations.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. 2. 7+ years of experience in customer service or related field. 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 5. Proven track record in project management. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously. 7. Experience in working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
