Job Description - Customer Care Officer

Job Description:


Tech Mahindra is seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Care Officer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be driven, innovative, and possess strong critical thinking skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and technical issues related to our products and services. 3. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. 4. Proactively identify and address customer needs to enhance their overall experience. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 7. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 5. Energetic and driven attitude with a passion for customer service. 6. Ability to think innovatively and solve problems creatively. 7. Critical thinking skills to analyze situations and make sound decisions. 8. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
