Customer Care Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

HealthifyMe, a leading health and fitness company, is seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Care Officer to join our team. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Kolkata, West Bengal. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer care or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills - Leadership abilities to guide and support team members - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Personality Traits: - Motivated to succeed and exceed customer expectations - Energetic and enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service

Soft Skills: - Attention to detail in all aspects of customer interactions - Leadership skills to guide and mentor team members
