Job Description - Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


Policybazaar is seeking a talented and experienced Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and policy inquiries. 3. Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. 4. Process customer orders, updates, and cancellations. 5. Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed. 6. Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback to improve service delivery. 7. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 8. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 4. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Resilient and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 6. Strong planning and adaptability skills. 7. Bachelor's degree preferred.
