Customer Care Specialist

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Urban Company in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email or chat in a timely manner - Provide accurate information about products and services - Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently - Keep records of customer interactions and transactions - Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs - Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies - Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements: - Strong communication skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize - Research skills to effectively address customer concerns - Adaptability to handle various customer personalities and situations
