Job Description - Customer Service Agent

As a Customer Service Agent in our team, you will play a crucial role in making our customers happy and satisfied. As a company, we are growing our services all over the world and also increase activities on multiple channels. That also leads to an increase of customer requests. Of course, our goal is to reply prompt, confident, and positive. Hence, our Customer Service really makes a difference how people see JobLeads.

We're looking for a candidate who is deeply enthusiastic about his/her role and responsibility and ideally also passionate for our products and our customers. Sounds like you? Then we want you on our team.

Your Course - and what we expect from you:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email. Provide accurate information and assistance to address customer concerns or issues.

Troubleshooting assistance and escalate technical issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.

Engage in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company´s products and services.

Your Equipment:

You are fluent in English (working language). Other languages skills like Spanish, Italian, French or German are a big plus.

You have a solution-oriented mindset.

Customer service experience is not mandatory; motivation is key.

You have technical knowledge and the ability to comprehend and adapt to new processes and tools.
