Remote Customer Service Assistant

1mg is seeking a dedicated and passionate Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. As an Entry Level role, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide product information, resolve customer complaints, and assist with order tracking and fulfillment. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Stay up-to-date on company products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
