Job Description:
Quikr is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service delivery. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in the customer service industry.
Responsibilities: - Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer needs - Monitoring customer feedback and escalating issues as needed - Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and service efficiency - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Resilient and adaptable to changing circumstances - Demonstrated leadership potential - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
