Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Urban Ladder, a leading furniture and home decor company based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, is seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time Associate Level position, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, orders, and company policies. 2. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and effectively. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns. 5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication. 6. Assist with inventory management and order tracking. 7. Contribute to the overall success of the customer service department by sharing feedback and ideas for improvement. 8. Support team goals and initiatives through teamwork and planning.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Motivated and reliable with a positive attitude. 7. Strong teamwork and planning skills.
