Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Icertis is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is independent, reliable, and possesses strong decision-making and analytical skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues. 4. Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the company database. 5. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
