Customer Service Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Cars24. This is a full-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Delhi, India. We are seeking individuals who are independent, confident, innovative, and have strong research skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain customer records and update information in the database - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) - Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively - Confidence in dealing with customer inquiries and resolving issues - Strong research skills to provide accurate and helpful information to customers - Proficiency in using computer systems and technology - Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection - No prior experience required - we are willing to train the right candidate
