Customer Service Associate

Job Description: We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our team at Hilton in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Assisting guests with check-in/check-out processes - Resolving guest complaints and issues promptly and effectively - Providing recommendations for dining, activities, and amenities - Maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times - Collaborating with other team members to ensure the best possible experience for our guests - Keeping abreast of hotel policies, procedures, and services - Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resilient and driven personality traits - Strong analytical skills and emotional intelligence - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
