Job Description:
Dream11 is seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Service Associate to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our users, resolving issues, answering queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a key role in building positive relationships with our user base.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and understanding - Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers - Maintain a high level of customer service satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements: - 2 years of customer service experience - Energetic and independent personality traits - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Excellent cooperation and adaptability - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
