Remote Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

BYJU'S is seeking a Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. As a full-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service. The successful candidate will be driven and motivated, with excellent project management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product offerings and promotions to effectively assist customers - Assist with any other duties as assigned by management

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service - Strong project management skills - Leadership abilities - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
