Job Description:
We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team at Dunzo in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer service management. This position is full-time and offers a unique opportunity to work remotely.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to streamline operations. 3. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to improve performance and efficiency. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide timely and effective resolutions. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and training to team members. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management. 8. Act as a point of contact for complex customer issues and act as a liaison between customers and the organization.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in managing remote customer service teams. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Resourceful and hardworking personality traits. 6. Excellent cooperation and decision-making skills. 7. Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools. 8. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
