Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Freshworks is seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Service Manager to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer service management, you will be responsible for leading our customer service team to deliver exceptional support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Train, mentor, and coach customer service representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge. 3. Monitor and evaluate customer service performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 4. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management. 7. Provide regular feedback to senior management on customer service performance and areas for improvement. 8. Lead by example and embody the company's values of creativity and leadership in all interactions.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively. 5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
