Customer Service Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Customer Service Manager to join our team at BharatPe in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer service management, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our customer service operations.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to achieve goals and targets - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management - Conduct regular training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in a customer service management role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to think innovatively and implement creative solutions - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
