Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Faasos, a leading food delivery company in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, is seeking a motivated and confident Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures 2. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to ensure efficient operations 3. Manage a team of customer service representatives and provide ongoing training and support 4. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner 5. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategic initiatives 7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field 2. Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar role 3. Strong leadership and communication skills 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software 6. Experience in strategic planning and project management 7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
