Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Pine Labs is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead our dynamic and passionate team in Delhi, IN. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for someone with at least 7 years of experience in customer service management. The ideal candidate will be independent and energetic, with strong problem-solving and research skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Oversee a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 6. Develop and implement training programs for customer service representatives. 7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer service management.


Requirements: 1. 7+ years of experience in customer service management. 2. Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred). 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
