As a Customer Service Manager at Meesho, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of customer service representatives who work remotely from their homes in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Your primary role will be to ensure that all customer inquiries and issues are handled promptly and effectively, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage a team of remote customer service representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. 2. Monitor team performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve and exceed customer service goals. 3. Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. 4. Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and marketing, to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience. 5. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency. 6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members for development and improvement. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve operations and team performance. 8. Handle any other duties or projects as assigned by upper management.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. 3. Energetic and resourceful personality traits. 4. Strong negotiation and decision-making skills. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems. 8. Availability to work full-time during business hours. 9. Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace.
