Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Ola Cabs is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and online chat - Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products and services - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
