Job Description - Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


Myntra is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. You will work closely with various departments within the company to ensure that customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Assisting customers with product information, order status updates, and issue resolution - Providing personalized service to customers to ensure a positive experience - Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues - Processing returns, exchanges, and refunds as needed - Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation - Identifying opportunities for process improvement and customer satisfaction enhancement


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Resilient and driven personality traits - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus
