Job Description:
NoBroker is seeking a Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely. This position is full-time and at an associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Manage customer accounts, including processing payments, updating information, and addressing account-specific concerns. 3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with questions regarding our services. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer inquiries are resolved promptly and effectively. 5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference. 6. Proactively identify and address potential customer escalations to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Work independently to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
Requirements: 1. Independent and resourceful personality traits to thrive in a remote work environment. 2. Strong negotiation and people management skills to effectively communicate and build relationships with customers. 3. Proven experience in customer service roles, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 6. Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast-paced environment.
