Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Cipla is seeking a Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Delhi, India. As a full-time entry-level position, the Remote Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various communication channels. This position is perfect for individuals who are confident, energetic, and possess strong cooperation and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner - Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution - Assist customers with product information and troubleshooting - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay updated on company policies and procedures

Requirements: - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required - High school diploma or equivalent
