Job Description:
Hindustan Unilever Limited is seeking a dedicated and resilient Customer Service Officer to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies 3. Resolve customer complaints in a positive and efficient manner 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately 5. Maintain customer records and ensure they are up to date 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction 7. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 3. Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations with patience 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively 6. High level of cooperation and emotional intelligence 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
