Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Cipla, a leading pharmaceutical company in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a full-time Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and efficiency. 2. Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner. 4. Resolve customer issues and concerns in a satisfactory manner, following company policies and procedures. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience. 6. Maintain customer records and update databases as needed. 7. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals set by the company. 8. Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills.


Requirements: 1. Hardworking and confident personality traits. 2. Strong negotiation and creativity skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. 5. Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
