Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Apple India in Delhi, Delhi. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role and possess energetic and resilient personality traits. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat 2. Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner 3. Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance 4. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges 5. Maintaining accurate records of interactions with customers 6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met 7. Continuously striving to improve customer service processes and procedures

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a customer service role 2. Energetic and resilient personality traits 3. Excellent communication skills 4. Strong attention to detail 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
