Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Customer Service Representative to join our team at Zomato in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a full-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our services and products. 2. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Process orders, returns, and refunds. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction. 7. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong decision-making and strategic planning abilities. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 6. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
