Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

OYO Rooms is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Delhi, India. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat 2. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner 3. Assist customers with booking reservations and provide information about our services 4. Maintain customer records and update information in the database 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met 6. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members 7. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies 8. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service 2. Excellent communication and presentation skills 3. Strong problem-solving abilities 4. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 6. High school diploma or equivalent required
