Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

Cult.fit is seeking a dynamic and driven Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and be able to work independently while also contributing to the overall success of the team.

Responsibilities: - Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and professional responses via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product information, orders, and issue resolution - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer experience - Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and provide accurate reporting - Contribute to team goals through active participation and a positive attitude

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service - Strong communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Driven and motivated to achieve goals - Equal Opportunity Statement:
