Job Description:
Jio Platforms is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our dynamic team in Delhi, IN. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. This is a full-time, associate-level position that requires at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals - Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist customers with onboarding and training to maximize the value of our products and services - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and drive product adoption - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success initiatives and improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Experience in customer success or related field is highly preferred - Must be resourceful, motivated, and possess strong teamwork skills
