Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

Xiaomi India is seeking a Customer Success Associate to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to understand their needs and provide solutions - Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist with the development of customer success strategies and initiatives - Create and maintain documentation related to customer interactions and feedback

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role - Driven and passionate individual with excellent communication skills - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience with CRM software and other customer success tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
