Job Description:
Infosys is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Success Associate in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals who are looking to kickstart their career in Customer Success.
Responsibilities: - Assist customers with their inquiries, feedback, and issues through various communication channels (phone, email, chat). - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner. - Utilize customer feedback to improve products, services, and overall customer experience. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase customer value.
Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. - Resourceful and independent, with the ability to problem-solve and think on your feet. - Strong teamwork and cooperation skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
