Job Description:
IBM India is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their continued success with our products and services. This role requires a high level of resourcefulness and independence, as well as leadership and analytical skills.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty - Work closely with sales and account management teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and insights that can inform product development and service improvements - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and escalations - Develop and maintain customer success plans to track progress and ensure customer goals are being met - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and address any concerns
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving customer success - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resourceful and able to think creatively to solve customer challenges - Experience in a leadership role is a plus
