Job Description:
As a Remote Customer Success Representative at Pepperfry, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. Your primary role will be to ensure customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and complaints - Providing product information and guidance to customers - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Documenting all customer interactions in our CRM system - Proactively reaching out to customers to gather feedback and address any concerns - Working closely with the sales team to upsell and cross-sell products and services - Contributing to the development and improvement of customer support processes
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 4 years experience in customer service or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Confidence and professionalism in dealing with customers - Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment - Creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools - Hardworking and dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience
