Customer Success Representative - Work from home

Housejoy is currently seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our team. This is a work-from-home position based in Delhi, India. As an Entry Level Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and concerns - Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction and drive retention - Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with the team to implement solutions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Reliable and adaptable to change - Strong people management skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Innovative mindset with a desire to continuously improve processes
