Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:

Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients by providing excellent support and guidance throughout their journey with our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations. 2. Provide personalized support to clients to help them achieve their goals and maximize the value of our products and services. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure timely resolution of any issues. 4. Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. 5. Collect and analyze feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and drive product enhancements. 6. Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and upsell opportunities. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success to continuously improve our processes.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 1 year of experience in customer service or account management. 3. Energetic and resourceful personality traits. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Creativity and emotional intelligence. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 7. Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 8. Understanding of the manufacturing industry is a plus.
