Customer Success Specialist - Work from home

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Zerodha. This is a full-time remote position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. As an Associate level Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers by providing exceptional support and guidance.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals - Proactively reach out to customers to provide training, support, and guidance on our products and services - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Conduct research to understand market trends and customer preferences - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth customer experience - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide feedback to internal teams to continuously improve our products and services

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer success or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong research and analytical skills - Ability to persuade and influence others - Proven track record of driving customer success - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
