Job Description:
Hindustan Unilever Limited is seeking a motivated and resourceful Customer Success Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, address any issues they may have, and provide solutions to ensure their continued satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide timely and effective solutions - Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback - Coordinate with internal teams to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to current customers - Analyze customer data to identify trends and provide insights for product improvement - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers - Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure customer success and satisfaction
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role - Strong planning and communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively - Resourceful and reliable with a strong customer focus - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
