Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:

Flipkart, a leading e-commerce company based in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN, is seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for a confident and resilient individual who possesses strong critical thinking skills and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order status, shipping updates, and issue resolution - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and promotions

Requirements: - 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and resilient personality - Strong critical thinking skills - High emotional intelligence - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software - Bachelor's degree preferred
