Remote Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Remote Customer Support Associate to join our team at BharatPe. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Provide accurate and complete information to customers regarding products and services - Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback and improve customer experience - Assist in training new customer support team members

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Strong attention to detail and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in MS Office and customer service software applications
