Job Description:
Lendingkart is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of relevant experience, you will play a crucial role in managing our customer support operations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage a team of customer support representatives to provide exceptional service to our customers. 2. Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer support processes and streamline operations. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. 4. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and drive performance improvement. 6. Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution. 7. Develop and maintain customer support KPIs to measure team performance and monitor progress. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field required. 2. Proven experience in a customer support management role, preferably in the financial services industry. 3. Strong leadership and team management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Resourceful and energetic personality traits. 6. Proficiency in negotiation and creativity. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
